No Guarantee Disclaimer

- Approval of loans / funding depends on banks / NBFCs
- We do not guarantee sanction, rate, or timeline
- Final decision lies with the lending institution
Client Responsibility
You agree that:
- All information provided is true and accurate
- Documents shared are genuine
- You understand financial commitments before proceeding
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of your data. However, necessary sharing may happen with banks / NBFCs for processing.
Fees & Payments
- Any consultancy or service fees will be communicated separately
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless agreed in writing
- Third-party charges (bank / legal / valuation) are separate
No Liability Clause
4 Ace Financial Services is not liable for:
- Loan rejection
- Change in bank policies
- Delays by banks / NBFCs
- Financial losses arising from decisions taken
Data Usage Consent
By engaging with us, you consent to:
- Data processing
- Contact via phone, WhatsApp, email
Third-Party Involvement
We work with multiple banks and NBFCs. We are not responsible for their decisions, terms, or policies.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian laws. Jurisdiction: New Delhi courts.
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
